I am a qualified Outdoor Fitness Instructor and have been running Outdoor sessions with Fresh Air Outdoor Training, from small groups to large classes, for more than 4 years.
I enjoy developing fun, rewarding outdoor programmes that are accessible, yet challenging, in a community-based environment.
My passion is helping others to attain their fitness goals.
